Tradesmen International is immediately hiring experienced Manufacturing Laborers for projects located in the Tri Cites, WA area . This is a first shift opportunity, and the pay rate is $22-28/hour based on experience and skill level. Responsibilities
- Load materials into machines and operate equipment safely and efficiently
- Monitor product quality and make adjustments as needed
- Package finished products and prepare them for shipment
- Complete required production documentation and logs
- Maintain a clean, safe work environment
- Report equipment issues or quality problems to supervisors
- Set up, adjust, and operate production machines based on specifications
- Perform routine maintenance and basic troubleshooting on equipment
- Monitor machine performance and output quality throughout shifts
- Ensure machines comply with safety and quality standards
- Read and interpret work orders, technical sheets, and production specifications
