About The Position
As an Interpreter for English/Spanish at Ashley, you will be an integral part of our Human Resources team, enhancing the employee experience through effective communication. Your role will involve providing assistance with translation and interpretation across various functions, including the hiring process, performance management, team meetings, and training sessions. You will be utilized by our distribution center, operations department, and corporate department for tasks such as interviewing, providing tours, and administering pre-employment tests. Your stellar verbal and written communication skills will be essential in interpreting verbal communications and translating written materials, ensuring clarity and understanding in all interactions.
