Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent.
2-3 years of experience in heat treating or a related manufacturing role.
Working knowledge of metallurgy, heat-treating temperatures, and materials handling.
Ability to read, write, and communicate clearly in English.
Flexibility to work overtime, weekends, or varied shifts as needed.
Must be able to obtain and maintain forklift certification.
Physically able to stand, bend, and lift up to 50lbs in an industrial environment.

Responsibilities

Operate and monitor heat-treating furnaces and related equipment according to established procedures.
Prepare parts for processing by loading and unloading furnaces, fixtures, and baskets.
Ensure all work meets quality and customer specifications.
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area - promoting 5S and safety best practices.
Communicate effectively with supervisors and team members about any equipment or process irregularities.
Handle customer products with care to prevent damage and ensure accuracy.
Perform other duties as needed to support production goals.
