About The Position
Diodes Incorporated is seeking a full-time equipment engineer to join our talented manufacturing team. This position requires a flexible schedule and the willingness to work occasional overtime. You will be responsible for multiple activities with respect to future planning, project execution, maintenance and repair of semiconductor manufacturing equipment. These activities would include deliverables such as troubleshooting and repairs, continuous improvements to help with availability, cost savings and OEE. Good written skills for creating and updating activity checklists, corrective and preventative maintenance procedures, and specification updates, as well as good interpersonal skills to provide clear technician direction and training and present data to management. Must have good project execution acumen, strong semiconductor equipment experience and be comfortable working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment and taking ownership of equipment within your assigned area.
