About The Position
As a manufacturing engineer, you will use your education, skills, and experience to support the operations team and the plant as a whole. You will be responsible for utilizing engineering problem solving to fix issues and make improvements to processes and equipment to increase efficiency across the plant. You will identify productivity projects throughout the site to reduce cost and increase throughput. This role allows you autonomy to think outside the box while working towards an end state, rather than following a pre-defined path. You will report to the Manufacturing Engineer Team Lead. You will work onsite from our Ladysmith, WI facility.
