About The Position

The position involves performing electrical troubleshooting, emergency repairs, and preventive maintenance on production equipment. The role also includes assisting in the installation and inspection of complex systems and machinery, conducting quality tests and inspections using independent judgment, and analyzing routine technical issues to apply effective solutions. Following operational procedures and ensuring compliance with internal policies and regulatory codes is essential, as well as applying safe work practices and using personal protective equipment as required. The individual will need to organize their daily work schedule based on shifting priorities, support internal communications, and contribute to small-scale change initiatives. Participation in training and development activities to build technical capabilities is also expected.

Requirements

• Post-secondary technical education or equivalent
• 7–12 months of experience in industrial electrical maintenance or mechatronics
• Strong verbal communication and organizational skills
• Ability to interpret and apply policies, procedures, and safety regulations
• Familiarity with equipment utilization and service interactions
• Customer-oriented mindset and technical support capabilities
• Willingness to learn and grow through formal and informal development channels
