About The Position
In this role, you will assist the manufacturing supervisor by creating work instructions for wire assembly. A prior background in wire assembly and understanding how these components connect and are assembled is crucial.
Requirements
- Proficiency in troubleshooting electrical systems.
- Ability to read and understand schematics and blueprints.
- Experience with lean manufacturing practices.
Nice To Haves
- Associate degree in Electrical Engineering Technology (EET).
- Minimum of 2 years of experience with wires and/or cables.
- Experience in developing and implementing work instructions.
Responsibilities
- Assist in creating detailed work instructions for wire assembly.
- Collaborate with the manufacturing supervisor to ensure accuracy and efficiency in production processes.
- Utilize your knowledge of wire components to improve assembly techniques.
