We are seeking a skilled Manufacturing Specialist to develop and support production processes, create clear work instructions, and ensure efficient manufacturing operations. Requirements

  • Candidate should have a HS Diploma/GED and 5+ years of prior relevant experience
  • 4 years’ experience supporting Electro-Mechanical Assembly and operations with a minimum of 1 year of assembly instruction writing.
  • Proficiency in writing clear and concise work instructions.
  • Experience using Factory Logix (Aegis) to generate PCBA process plans
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and within a team.
  • Willingness to be hands-on and support production floor activities.
  • Candidate must be a resident of the Northern Alabama area or willingto relocate to the area
  • Candidate must have the ability to obtain/maintain a final secret security clearance if required

Nice To Haves

  • Background in process development, and production support.
  • Experience with Solumina, Aegis, Windchill, MES systems, and SolidWorks or other CAD software.
  • Familiarity with aerospace, defense, or other high-reliability manufacturing industries.
  • Demonstrated ability to work in fast-paced environments and lead process improvement initiatives.

Responsibilities

  • Under the guidance of manufacturing engineers, create and maintain detailed work instructions for production processes.
  • Support production line operations and troubleshoot manufacturing issues.
  • Assist in the implementation and support of MES systems, PLM systems (e.g., Windchill), and CAD tools.
