We are seeking a skilled Manufacturing Specialist to develop and support production processes, create clear work instructions, and ensure efficient manufacturing operations. Requirements
- Candidate should have a HS Diploma/GED and 5+ years of prior relevant experience
- 4 years’ experience supporting Electro-Mechanical Assembly and operations with a minimum of 1 year of assembly instruction writing.
- Proficiency in writing clear and concise work instructions.
- Experience using Factory Logix (Aegis) to generate PCBA process plans
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and within a team.
- Willingness to be hands-on and support production floor activities.
- Candidate must be a resident of the Northern Alabama area or willingto relocate to the area
- Candidate must have the ability to obtain/maintain a final secret security clearance if required
Nice To Haves
- Background in process development, and production support.
- Experience with Solumina, Aegis, Windchill, MES systems, and SolidWorks or other CAD software.
- Familiarity with aerospace, defense, or other high-reliability manufacturing industries.
- Demonstrated ability to work in fast-paced environments and lead process improvement initiatives.
Responsibilities
- Under the guidance of manufacturing engineers, create and maintain detailed work instructions for production processes.
- Support production line operations and troubleshoot manufacturing issues.
- Assist in the implementation and support of MES systems, PLM systems (e.g., Windchill), and CAD tools.
