EOI Space is looking for a Manufacturing Engineering Manager to create and drive manufacturing of EOI spacecraft and components. This person will work with the Operations leadership to create efficient and repeatable processes to assemble all aspects of the spacecraft and its components in alignment with EOI’s mission objectives. The Manufacturing Engineering Manager is responsible for leading production optimization, developing manufacturing processes for new products, and ensuring high-quality, efficient, and safe operations. This role will help define processes, tooling, and documentation standards for spacecraft manufacturing, assembly, and integration, as well as complete day-to-day manufacturing activities, to meet program milestones. This role requires an individual with a strong technical background and a willingness to learn, as the responsibilities bridge across many engineering disciplines. Additionally, in this role you should have strong interpersonal skills in coordinating with people, both internally and externally (e.g., fabrication vendors, test houses, etc.). This role requires that you be organized in order to progress multiple manufacturing efforts simultaneously and ensure their timely completion.
