About The Position

As a leader in our manufacturing engineering team, you’ll drive the design, development, and continuous improvement of machining, assembly, and finishing processes. You’ll own critical procedures and standards, support operations in maintaining and enhancing existing processes, and mentor a growing team of engineers. Working cross-functionally with design, program management, quality, and operations, you’ll play a key role in bringing new products to market and ensuring our manufacturing capabilities evolve to meet future demands. About the Role Engineer and launch new machining, assembly, and finishing processes that strengthen performance, reliability, and efficiency. Lead Process FMEA and risk mitigation efforts, ensuring new manufacturing processes are robust and production ready. Own the development and improvement of procedures, standards, and documentation that support quality execution across all engineering and production processes. Collaborate closely with design, operations, sales, and program management teams to support product development and new product introductions. Champion continuous improvement by documenting, tracking, and driving closure on process issues, while preparing reports and clear communication to stakeholders. Partner with suppliers to source equipment and tooling, supporting negotiations, specifications, and standards for CNC, PLC, and tooling design. About You You’re a strategic, hands-on leader who thrives on solving complex engineering challenges and guiding teams toward breakthrough results. Requirements

  • A bachelor’s or master’s degree in mechanical engineering.
  • 10+ years experience in a manufacturing environment required.
  • Detailed understanding of diagnostic, product test, failure analysis and debug techniques.
  • Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering required .
  • 10+ years’ experience in a manufacturing environment required .
  • Be authorized to receive, handle, and transmit defense-related technical data in compliance with U.S. export and firearms laws.
  • Meet all federal and state legal qualifications to possess and work with firearms under the Gun Control Act and related legislation.
  • Maintain eligibility to work with firearms under state and federal guidelines.
