This role is responsible for leading the engineering team that executes priorities within the company's Beverage Category. It involves planning, prioritizing, and implementing business objectives that support capital execution priorities and engineering related continuous improvements efforts aligned with the strategic growth of the category. The role also includes strategically directing, coordinating, and supervising the engineering team to ensure alignment with organizational goals. A successful candidate will provide technical leadership by driving the application of sound engineering and project principle, the application of emerging technologies, leveraging proprietary intellectual property, and executing various continuous improvement methodologies to enhance Schreiber’s manufacturing and conversion processes. This position oversees ongoing improvement initiatives related to capital project execution and plays a role in managing category performance for the manufacturing and process engineering teams in beverages. Additionally, the role serves as a subject matter expert, establishing and refining engineering standards to maximize occupational safety, ensure food safety compliance, and improve operational productivity. This role is 100% on-site (Monday-Friday) located at our Home Office in Green Bay, Wisconsin.
