About The Position

This position will collaborate with the major functional groups within manufacturing (Operations, Logistics, & Manufacturing Engineering) to create tangible improvements to our manufacturing processes. In addition, this position will work closely with the product development group to better improve manufacturability of current or future part designs.

Requirements

• Candidates must be pursuing (at minimum) a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Ag Engineering, Weld Engineering, or Mfg Engineering Technology

Responsibilities

• Helping streamline data flows across plants and regions to improve consistency and usability
• Exploring how CNH collects and applies manufacturing data to create real-world efficiencies
• Comparing how different regions handle the same datasets and identifying opportunities for improvement
• Supporting initiatives that turn raw data into smart insights and actionable information
• Collaborating with a global, cross-functional team and contributing fresh perspectives to ongoing projects
