About The Position

The position involves learning about the manufacturing process, investigating process improvements, and reducing downtime. The intern will be responsible for training shop floor employees on process changes and assisting process engineers with real-time troubleshooting and process improvements. Additionally, the intern will develop work instructions and One Point Lessons for process changes and analyze data related to downtime and process inefficiencies.

Requirements

  • Currently enrolled as a full-time student at an accredited U.S. college or university.
  • Pursuing an undergraduate degree in Engineering.
  • Authorized to work for any employer in the US without the need for sponsorship.
