Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in engineering
  • 1-3 years minimum of relevant experience
  • Manufacturing experience required
  • Exhibits successful ability with indirect leadership of diverse teams deploying complex processes
  • Displays strong analytical skills including data query writing and development
  • Must be a US Citizen due to contractual requirements

Nice To Haves

  • Manufacturing or Industrial Engineering experience a plus
  • Previous experience with electro-mechanical products preferred
  • Previous experience with documenting manufacturing processes preferred
  • Proficient with GD&T concepts
  • Demonstrated capacity to meet aggressive deadlines while achieving excellent business results
  • Shows very strong written and oral communication skills to all stakeholders
  • Established ability to manage multiple complex projects at once
  • Experience working in multicultural environments and with others of diverse backgrounds preferred

Responsibilities

  • Document current manufacturing operations
  • Document hidden factory capture
  • Perform time studies for production lines
  • Review, create, and update electronic manufacturing work instructions for related manufacturing processes
  • Update inspection-related instructions to adhere to current processes
  • Seek advice from subject matter experts when required
  • Report project status during regular internal and external meetings. Typical reports would include updates on project status, assumptions, information needed, and overall program health
