About The Position
The Manufacturing Engineer will take charge of a blend of manufacturing engineering duties and oversee production during off-shifts. Collaborating with leaders of manufacturing and production support, the role involves reviewing floor performance, facilitating planning, scheduling, setup, and running of manufacturing activities. The engineer will lead the distribution of materials for manufacturing, ensuring labor and material requirements align with daily schedules. This position is approximately 70%-80% on the floor, making hands-on engagement crucial.
