  • Understand, maintain, and continually improve manufacturing/assembly processes as related to safety, quality, efficiency, and delivery.
  • Develop new and maintain existing facility/manufacturing layouts.
  • Lead assembly automation projects from concept to deployment.
  • Establish the case for and procure capital equipment/tooling for new and existing manufacturing processes.
  • Collaborate with operations team and be the process expert to coach/train employees on critical manufacturing processes.
  • Work with operations team to develop capacity and contingency plans for the division.
  • Support divisional and company programs such as Employee Involvement program.
  • Work closely with all engineering disciplines to ensure new product manufacturing processes are executed with employee safety, customer quality, efficiency, and on time delivery as critical considerations.
  • Collaborate with production personnel and management to effectively support safety related initiatives.
  • Understand & ensure compliance of government regulations as related to the business.
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without Company sponsorship now and in the future.
  • BS Degree in Manufacturing, Industrial Engineering, or related field.
  • 3 - 5 years' work experience.
  • Mechanical aptitude and curiosity to comprehend and address technical aspects of the role.
  • Leverage skills and knowledge of tools such as Microsoft Office, AutoCAD, and Solidworks.
  • Apply strong continuous improvement expertise to identify and implement process enhancements.
  • Effectively prioritize projects to ensure timely and efficient completion.
  • Experience in project management.
  • Strong leadership, organizational, and decision-making skills.
  • Ability to communicate and lead effective interaction with cross-functional teams.
