Vehicle Manufacturing Engineering (VME) is a multi-functional team having the primary responsibility to plan for and implement the launch of new vehicle programs at assembly plants. This position is for a Resident ME (GSR) on the local KCAP Manufacturing Program Team (MPT) with responsibility to Launch Future Model F150 Programs. Candidate will have responsibility to deliver Tooling, Processes, and Facility Actions to support New Model Changes, as well as lead Build Phases, identify and resolve feasibility issues, address Manufacturing AIMS issues, lead Cycle Line Layout development and 1A Drawing finalization. Will require awareness, knowledge, and understanding of FEDE, SCCAFs, PFMEAs, WERs, AIMS, Health Charts, VPS/APT, TEAMCENTER, CAD, EIS, and Ariba/Aurora applications Strong interpersonal and communication skills to collaborate with multiple other organizations/personnel/Vendors At Ford Motor Company, we believe freedom of movement drives human progress.
