About The Position

The Manufacturing Engineer supports product industrialization and production by improving manufacturability, defining manufacturing processes, and ensuring quality, cost, and delivery (QCD) targets are achieved throughout the product lifecycle.

Requirements

  • Technical education in engineering, manufacturing, or a related field.
  • Proficiency in English (reading, writing, and speaking).
  • Manufacturing or industrial engineering experience.
  • Strong understanding of manufacturing engineering principles.
  • Experience developing manufacturing work instructions and supporting production lines.
  • Experience working with ERP systems (e.g., SAP) including BOMs and routings.
  • Knowledge of quality systems, EHS standards, and ergonomics.
  • Familiarity with common industrial engineering tools.
  • Experience with: Process FMEA QRQC or similar problem-solving methodologies Time analysis methods (MTM, MEK, UAS)
  • Strong attention to detail and follow-through.
  • Collaborative team-oriented mindset.
  • Sound judgment and data-driven decision making.
  • Self-motivated and proactive.
  • Well-organized with strong prioritization skills.
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support product definition and improve manufacturability.
  • Contribute to achieving quality, cost, and delivery targets.
  • Participate in product design reviews as required.
  • Estimate preliminary method times.
  • Participate in Process FMEA (P-FMEA).
  • Support prototype validation activities.
  • Request tooling as needed and prepare tooling specifications.
  • Develop and maintain: ERP routings Work instructions Inspection instructions CNC programs, as applicable
  • Ensure compliance with EHS standards and ergonomic requirements.
  • Define workstation task sequencing and line balancing.
  • Validate product design and industrialization through FAR and FAI.
  • Calculate and validate detailed method times.
  • Support implementation of engineering changes, including updates to routings, work instructions, and tooling.
  • Support production teams to achieve manufacturing quality, cost, and delivery targets.
  • Participate in continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Contribute to process improvement and lessons-learned activities.
