About The Position

Responsible for workshop KPI performance indicators, mainly responsible for the management and supervision of workshop manpower, production, labor discipline and quality, deploy workshop production tasks, control product cost, and effectively improve product quality and output; III. Responsible for studying processes and methods, improving production efficiency with product quality assured;66. Developing employee job training and job transfer training and multi-post development plan, and tracking the implementation of results;77. Responsible for collecting plant equipment, technology, quality, output and other problems, conducting statistical analysis, leading solutions; 88. Participating in various activities to improve and solve problems so as to improve quality, eliminate waste and reduce costs;99. Positively understanding and monitoring plant environmental factors and hazards and their control methods;1010. Responsible for purchase, daily use, storage and maintenance of environmental safety monitoring instruments and facilities;1111. Familiar with and supervising workshop material safety data sheets and emergency response measures;1212. Conscientiously implementing integrated management system related documents;1313. Storing post wastes by categories;1414. Familiar with post material safety data sheets and emergency response measures;1515. Assisting in completing other matters;IⅤ. Requirements

Languages spoken commonly in the workplace are English and Mandarin. - Ability to read, understand and comprehend documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions. Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form. Ability to speak effectively and interact with other team members, engineers, leadership and customers.
3 years manufacturing experience and /or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience preferred.
Bachelor Degree preferred
The employee is regularly required to stand for long periods.
Duties include turning at the waist, reaching, bending, squatting and lifting up to 50 pounds.
Ability to pass static strength requirements (grip)
Visual acuity including, but not limited to:
a. NEAR ACUITY - Clarity of vision at 20 inches or less. Use this factor when special and minute accuracy is demanded.
b. FAR ACUITY - Clarity of vision at 20 feet or more. Use this factor when visual efficiency in terms of far acuity is required in day and night/dark conditions.
c. DEPTH PERCEPTION - Three-dimensional vision. Ability to judge distances and spatial relationships so as to see objects where and as they actually are.
d. COLOR VISION - Ability to identify and distinguish colors.
e. FIELD OF VISION - Observing an area that can be seen up and down or to right or left while eyes are fixed on a given point.
The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate. Safety requirements for this position are safety glasses, hearing protection and steel-toed work boots.
MATHEMATICAL SKILLS - Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals.
REASONING ABILITY - Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of variables.
COMPUTER SKILLS - Knowledge of and familiarity manufacturing software.
FORKLIFT OPERATION (Certification Required) - Operates forklifts, as needed, to support Production.
Familiar with assembly working process, process, quality, equipment and safety requirements, and environment operating instructions
Familiar with application of workshop measuring instruments
Familiar with glass appearance quality standards and test methods
Familiar with SPC statistical techniques, production and quality reporting analysis methods
Familiar with the finished product packing and inspection
Familiar with product safety and regulation
Familiar with PLEX System Operation
With coaching technology, competent in developing and upgrading subordinates
With good communication and coordination capacities
Familiar with production statistical statements, record and other basic production statistics knowledge and skills
Must be 18 years of age or older.
