About The Position

We’re seeking a Manufacturing Engineer who will be responsible for developing, improving, and sustaining efficient manufacturing processes that support safe, high-quality, and cost-effective production. This position focuses on hands-on process development, bill of material (BOM) creation, work cell design, and continuous improvement initiatives within a dynamic manufacturing environment. The ideal candidate is an energetic and career-minded team player who enjoys working closely with operations, production teams, and suppliers to drive operational excellence. This position is based on-site at our Manufacturing and Warehouse Facility in Burlington, New Jersey.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Manufacturing, Mechanical, Chemical, Industrial, or related discipline).
  • 3–5 years of manufacturing engineering experience in a production environment.
  • Hands-on experience developing manufacturing BOMs and production processes.
  • Experience implementing Lean manufacturing tools and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Proficient in SolidWorks (required)
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving ability.
  • Hands-on approach to manufacturing process improvement.
  • Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.
  • Ability to work effectively with operations, engineering, and supply chain teams.
  • Strong organizational and documentation skills.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain manufacturing Bills of Materials (BOMs) and production routings.
  • Design and document manufacturing processes and work instructions.
  • Support new product introductions by translating engineering designs into manufacturable processes.
  • Design and optimize work cells, production layouts, and material flow.
  • Apply Lean manufacturing principles to improve efficiency and eliminate waste.
  • Analyze production data to improve cycle times, throughput, and labor utilization.
  • Provide hands-on technical support to production teams to resolve manufacturing issues.
  • Work directly with suppliers and external partners to support manufacturing processes.
  • Participate in continuous improvement and cost reduction initiatives.
  • Support equipment selection, tooling design, and process validation activities.
