Manufacturing Engineer
About The Position
We’re seeking a Manufacturing Engineer who will be responsible for developing, improving, and sustaining efficient manufacturing processes that support safe, high-quality, and cost-effective production. This position focuses on hands-on process development, bill of material (BOM) creation, work cell design, and continuous improvement initiatives within a dynamic manufacturing environment. The ideal candidate is an energetic and career-minded team player who enjoys working closely with operations, production teams, and suppliers to drive operational excellence. This position is based on-site at our Manufacturing and Warehouse Facility in Burlington, New Jersey.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Manufacturing, Mechanical, Chemical, Industrial, or related discipline).
- 3–5 years of manufacturing engineering experience in a production environment.
- Hands-on experience developing manufacturing BOMs and production processes.
- Experience implementing Lean manufacturing tools and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Proficient in SolidWorks (required)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving ability.
- Hands-on approach to manufacturing process improvement.
- Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.
- Ability to work effectively with operations, engineering, and supply chain teams.
- Strong organizational and documentation skills.

Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain manufacturing Bills of Materials (BOMs) and production routings.
- Design and document manufacturing processes and work instructions.
- Support new product introductions by translating engineering designs into manufacturable processes.
- Design and optimize work cells, production layouts, and material flow.
- Apply Lean manufacturing principles to improve efficiency and eliminate waste.
- Analyze production data to improve cycle times, throughput, and labor utilization.
- Provide hands-on technical support to production teams to resolve manufacturing issues.
- Work directly with suppliers and external partners to support manufacturing processes.
- Participate in continuous improvement and cost reduction initiatives.
- Support equipment selection, tooling design, and process validation activities.
