You will be a Manufacturing Engineer for the Ocala Operations team, responsible for delivering high-mix, high-volume circuit card, wiring harness, and electro-assembly production across multi-shift facilities. In this role, you will drive process stability, improve productivity, and ensure product quality in a dynamic manufacturing environment. Requirements

  • Bachelors in Mechanical Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, or related discipline from an accredited college.
  • Previous manufacturing experience
  • This position will be located at a facility that requires special access and requires the selected candidate to be a US Citizen

Nice To Haves

  • Data analytics
  • CCA manufacturing experience in accordance with specification IPC-A-610
  • Cable and Harness manufacturing experience in accordance with IPC/WHMA-A-620
  • Ability to interpret electrical schematics and engineering drawings.
  • Excellent process development and documentation skills. (MS Office)
  • Experienced with visual based work instructions (creating and providing feedback)
  • Ability to use CAD software (Creo and AutoCAD preferred)
  • Experience in a Manufacturing environment

Responsibilities

  • Design, implement, and refine manufacturing processes for circuit card and wiring harness production.
  • Lead root-cause investigations and develop corrective actions to reduce defects and rework.
  • Collaborate with operations and quality teams to achieve on-time delivery and compliance with specifications.
  • Evaluate equipment performance and recommend upgrades or automation enhancements where appropriate.
  • Document and standardize work instructions, process parameters, and best-practice guidelines.
