About The Position

As a Manufacturing Engineer, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and improving manufacturing processes. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to identify areas of improvement and develop solutions. Your focus will be on optimizing production processes, reducing costs, and ensuring compliance.

Requirements

• Possess a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or a related technical field.
• Have experience in semiconductor processing lean manufacturing principles and methodologies.
• Have excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Be able to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively.
• Be able to design and implement manufacturing processes that meet quality and productivity targets.

Responsibilities

• Helping with new process development, troubleshooting, and optimization.
• Developing and implementing manufacturing processes and systems.
• Designing tools and equipment used in the manufacturing process.
• Ensuring products are manufactured to meet quality standards.
• Developing training materials and conducting training for production teams.
• Providing technical support to production teams.
