The Impact You’ll Make in this Role As a Manufacturing Engineer, you will have the opportunity to tap into your curiosity and collaborate with some of the most innovative people around the world. Here, you will make an impact by: Lead manufacturing cost, product yield, and quality improvement projects using Lean, Six Sigma, and Value Stream methodologies Lead local management of change projects with focus on communication, risk evaluation, and execution of process and product changes Support rapid resolution of customer complaints; including timely response, and implementation and communication of corrective actions Perform capability assessments for new opportunities Create and maintain product/process documentation, including product/process specifications and test methods Work with plant, division, and other internal and external resources as needed to accomplish objectives Ability to cover nights, weekends, and holidays, as necessary, to support 24 hour/7 days a week, 365 days a year continuous manufacturing

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in a science or engineering discipline (completed and verified prior to start)
  • Must be legally authorized to work in country of employment without sponsorship for employment visa status (e.g., H1B status).

  • Experience on working in a manufacturing environment.
