About The Position

PRIMARY DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES Evaluate existing manufacturing processes and workflows to identify areas that could benefit from changes and improvements Apply working knowledge of product design and assembly to the manufacturing processes Complete Project Management for new manufacturing equipment and processes Development and maintain manufacturing work instructions Analyze costs associated with production and processes Monitor manufacturing operations to assure compliance with approved methods and quality standards Provide technical and hands on support to manufacturing shop as needed Other reasonable job duties as assigned EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE QUALIFICATIONS B.S. Degree in Mechanical Engineering Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing 0-5 years of Mechanical Engineering Experience Any shop or hands on experience is a plus
