Requirements

  • Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering, Engineering Technology (including Manufacturing Technology), Computer Science, Data Science, Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry or non-US equivalent qualifications directly related to the work statement
  • Currently reside in OR willing to relocate to the St. Louis, Missouri region
  • This position requires the ability to obtain a U.S. Security Clearance for which the U.S. Government requires U.S. Citizenship.
  • A final U.S. Secret or Top-Secret Clearance Post-Start is required.

  • Level 2 : 2 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of technical education and experience
  • Level 3: Bachelor’s degree and 5 or more years related work experience or equivalent combination of technical education and experience
  • Level 4: Bachelor’s degree and 9 or more years related work experience or equivalent combination of technical education and experience
  • Experience in the Aerospace Industry
  • Experience using good communication, analytical, and organizational skills and be able to work in a team environment

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement manufacturing processes for air vehicle subsystems.
  • Ensure production readiness by identifying and mitigating risks, optimizing workflows, and enhancing operational efficiency.
  • Support operations by streamlining processes, improving quality, and ensuring timely delivery of products to our customers.
  • Utilize data analysis and engineering principles to drive continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Participate in design reviews and provide input on manufacturability and assembly considerations.
  • Develop and implement manufacturing processes, plans, and tooling methodologies
  • Support the integration of technical solutions and ensure manufacturability of designs
