About The Position

As a Manufacturing Engineer, you will bring new products and equipment from concept to production by leading pilot builds, validating manufacturability, and driving seamless factory integration. You will coordinate crossfunctional teams to execute pilotprojects on schedule while reviewing and applying BOMs, drawings, schematics, 3D models, and SOPM documentation. Your work will accelerate product launch readiness, strengthen automation, and ensure the successful deployment of innovative manufacturing solutions. This position is ideal for an engineer who thrives at the intersection of automation, product industrialization, and process optimization, and wants to make a measurable impact in a highly automated environment.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or Manufacturing Engineering is required.
  • 3+ years of experience in Mechanical, Tooling, Manufacturing, or Industrialization Engineering.
  • Experience in new product launch.
  • Deep understanding of stage/phase gate processes.
  • Previous experience supporting a new product deployment.
  • Handson background in Lean Manufacturing.
  • Strong analytical and problemsolving capabilities with a passion for innovation

Responsibilities

  • Lead New Product Deployment
  • Drive new product industrialization through formal stage/phase gate processes.
  • Lead the execution of pilot built in a timely manner while driving process continuous improvement.
  • Partner cross-functionally to ensure flawless launch of new products and technologies.
  • Optimize Manufacturing Performance
  • Implement the Schneider Performance System (SPS) to reduce downtime, enhance quality, and improve safety.
  • Own all key performance indicators - including equipment efficiency, overall production effectiveness, energy‑use effectiveness, and improvement effectiveness - and drive actions that increase efficiency and expand line capacity.
  • Improve Safety, Quality & Productivity
  • Design and deploy ergonomic, safe, and employeefocused solutions on the shop floor.
  • Apply Lean continuous‑improvement tools such as Value Stream Mapping, the Lean Assessment and Development Model, the Manufacturing Performance House, Kaizen events, the Six Sigma “Define–Measure–Analyze–Improve–Control” method, and Failure Mode and Effects Analysis to deliver sustainable, long‑term improvements.
