About The Position

We're looking for a skilled Manufacturing Engineer to help us drive process improvements that ensure our products meet the highest standards of safety, quality, and reliability - all while enhancing efficiency and reducing costs. In this role, you'll work closely with production teams to implement Lean and Six Sigma methodologies, train employees at all levels, and support our culture of continuous improvement.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related technical field.
• Lean/Six Sigma Green Belt required; Black Belt preferred.
• 2–3 years of hands-on experience in a Lean manufacturing environment, ideally in medical or dental equipment.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to lead cross-functional teams.
• Proficiency in MS Office; experience with ERP systems like Oracle or SAP is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Identify and lead process improvement projects to reduce waste and improve productivity.
• Train and mentor team members on Lean principles and safe work practices.
• Plan and execute Lean transformation events to optimize safety, quality, delivery, and cost (SQDC).
• Support the introduction of new dental equipment by working with suppliers on tooling and equipment needs.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to streamline and systematize manufacturing processes.
