See how your contributions will help transform vision into reality: Position Overview : As part of the talented Engineering team, you will focus on maintaining and improving manufacturing processes for current products, support changes to current products and new product introductions. Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree required.
  • Minimum of 4-6 years of prior experience in a manufacturing environment required.
  • Must be proficient in MS Office, SPC Excel and other analysis tools and software programs.
  • Ability to make independent judgments regarding technical issues.
  • Good understanding and the ability to facilitate common problem solving and analysis tools such as but not limited to, PFMEA, Cause and Effect
  • Mechanical aptitude and ability to work closely with operators.

Nice To Haves

  • Acts as a resource for colleagues with less experience.
  • Ability to train and become a certified Green Belt or Black Belt.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement new processes or change current processes based upon sound manufacturing or industry practices, may involve implementing medium to large scale new processes.
  • Act as a liaison with product engineering and manufacturing program management as needed.
  • Support new product introductions.
  • Compile and performs various reports and audits.
  • Must possess a good knowledge of process flow and development as related to machining and assembly systems.
