About The Position
The Manufacturing Engineer at Stryker will support sustaining engineering efforts in the medical manufacturing facility located in Portage, Michigan. This role involves collaborating with Quality Engineering to provide manufacturing support, troubleshooting issues related to safety, efficacy, quality, cost, or delivery of components and finished devices, and conducting qualification, verification, and validation activities. The Manufacturing Engineer will also be responsible for designing and improving manufacturing processes, training operators, and participating in cross-functional project teams.
