About The Position

We are seeking a Manufacturing Engineer to support aerospace composite production and development programs. This role focuses on achieving zero-defect manufacturing through robust process design, advanced technologies, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field
• Minimum 3 years of manufacturing engineering experience
• U.S. Person status required (ITAR compliance)

• Familiarity with Six Sigma or Lean Manufacturing principles

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement solutions for complex manufacturing challenges
• Support production integration and resolve supplier-related issues
• Lead root cause analysis and corrective actions for non-conformances
• Design tooling and production plans using established engineering methods
• Contribute to product development activities including quoting, configuration changes, and first article inspections
• Drive Lean initiatives and process improvements
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and external partners
