McNeilus is looking for a skilled and driven Manufacturing Engineer to support our 2nd shift heavy equipment production operations. This role plays a critical part in optimizing manufacturing processes, enhancing productivity, and ensuring quality and safety in a high-volume, heavy-duty fabrication and assembly environment. The ideal candidate will bring hands-on experience in heavy equipment or industrial machinery manufacturing, and a passion for driving operational excellence.
