As a Manufacturing Engineer supporting operations for CBG and SIBG, you will have the opportunity to tap into your curiosity and collaborate with some of the most innovative people around the world. Here, you will make an impact by working closely with production and maintenance to perform troubleshooting activities bringing resolution to gaps in performance. You will identify, recommend, initiate, and lead continuous improvement as well as capital projects in your area of responsibility to improve process safety, product quality, and OEE through the use of a variety of toolsets, including DMAIC, standard work development, tier reviews, product & process understanding, and kaizens. You will create, maintain, and train the workforce on standard work and production standards to ensure the process meets customer requirements and product claims. Additionally, you will lead local Management of Change projects focused on communication, risk evaluation, and execution of process and product changes. Fostering and cultivating an extensive network of support and resources (operators, maintenance, manufacturing, safety, quality, laboratory, engineering, marketing, and financial) will be essential to work as a cross-functional team to execute business needs. Operations run multiple shifts, and while this position is primarily a day shift role, some off-shift coverage will be required.
