About The Position

We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Manufacturing Engineer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing, implementing, and optimizing manufacturing processes to ensure efficient production and high-quality output. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for improvement, support new product launches, and drive cost-effective solutions. Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a manufacturing engineering role.
• Demonstrated ability to analyze and improve production processes.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

Nice To Haves

• Experience with automotive manufacturing processes and standards.
• Proficiency in CAD software and process simulation tools.
• Knowledge of lean manufacturing and Six Sigma methodologies.
• Strong project management skills with the ability to lead cross-functional initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Develop and refine manufacturing processes that meet safety, quality, and efficiency standards.
• Conduct root cause analysis for process issues and implement corrective actions.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives.
• Work closely with design and production teams to ensure manufacturability of new products.
• Maintain documentation and process controls.
• Contribute to cost reduction efforts.
