About The Position

Interface directly with Manufacturing Project Engineer and Production to design and maintain the manufacturing processes for the fabrication of electronic and electro-mechanical assemblies.

Requirements

A two-year degree in an engineering field or equivalent preferred
Proven experience in assembly processes
Good communication and presentation skills
Self-motivation and ability to work with minimal supervision

Responsibilities

Creating new or modify existing manufacturing instructions
Create new, modify, or maintain Work Instructions
Troubleshooting quality problems arising during production
Analyzing quality data and making recommendations for improvements
Designing and/or procuring tooling for new or existing products
Participating in lean activities involving appropriate products as determined by the assigned manufacturing engineer
Interfacing with Process Engineering on delivery of actions required for NPI’s and MCO’s
Other duties as assigned.
