About The Position
This role is for the F-16 International Co-Production Manufacturing Engineering Support Team. The successful candidate will provide comprehensive F-16 co-production support to ensure that all F-16 manufacturing activities are performed in accordance with Engineering, Program and Contractual requirements. Requirements
- Manufacturing/Production Experience: Hands-on experience in production or manufacturing environments.
- Project Management: Skilled in managing multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely and effective delivery.

- Strong analytical and technical foundation with gauge controlled tooling.
- Aerospace Manufacturing Experience – Hands-on experience in high-precision, regulated manufacturing environments.
- Project Management & Facilitation – Skilled in leading cross-functional teams and driving projects to successful completion.
- Value Stream Mapping & Process Optimization – Experienced in mapping workflows, identifying bottlenecks, and implementing efficiency improvements.
- Data Analysis & Visualization – Proficient in Excel, Tableau, and other analytics tools to support data-driven decision-making.
- Interpersonal & Communication Skills – Strong collaboration, team leadership, and stakeholder engagement abilities.
