About The Position

This is a Manufacturing Engineer Sr position on the F-35 Strategic Corrective Action team in Fort Worth, Texas. What You Will Be Doing This role requires a proactive, self starter that can analyze defect data for process trends and collaborate cross-functionally with build team stakeholders. Requirements

  • Demonstrated experience in one of the following: Manufacturing Engineering, Production Operations, Quality Engineering, Operations Engineering, Design Engineering or other related discipline.
  • Ability to apply structured root‑cause analysis techniques, corrective action(5 Whys, Fishbone/Ishikawa, Pareto analysis, fault‑tree analysis)
  • Ability to define project scope, objectives, deliverables, and success criteria.

Nice To Haves

  • Degree with 3+ years of experience
  • Working knowledge of SAP, CAPP/SFM, QADS, and VAS.
  • Proven project management execution
  • Proven ability to lead a cross-functional team
  • Experience presenting to Senior level Leadership
  • Knowledge in troubleshooting mechanical systems, supply chain management, and engineering processes
  • Strong problem‑solving mindset: can translate data insights into clear, actionable recommendations and communicate findings effectively to both technical and non‑technical stakeholders.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills for delivering status reports, meeting minutes, and executive briefings
