Requirements

• Typically, a Bachelor Degree (or equivalent) in a related field.
• 5+ years of related experience.
• Eligibility to obtain the relevant security clearance required for the role.
• Lean Six Sigma certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Leads team in determining the operations required for fabrication and assembly of products.
• Implements cost-savings process improvements.
• Troubleshoots and resolves issues.
• Estimates time requirements for operations.
• Prepares operation sheets.
• Recommends and implements improvements and/or modifications in the sequence of operations, equipment utilization, and related matters to increase efficiency and cost savings.
