About The Position

We are looking for a talented Manufacturing Engineer - Senior to join our team in Manufacturing in Denver, CO. In this role, you will make an impact in the following ways: + Driving End-to-End Process Implementation You'll lead the creation and execution of manufacturing processes that align with safety, quality, and business goals-ensuring smooth product launches and operational excellence. + Applying Advanced Manufacturing Expertise By leveraging deep knowledge of manufacturing principles, you'll identify and implement improvements to equipment and processes that boost efficiency and product quality. + Leading Continuous Improvement Initiatives You'll utilize tools like Six Sigma or Lean to drive process optimization, reduce waste, and establish best practices aligned with Cummins standards. + Influencing Key Stakeholders Through clear communication and collaboration, you'll align cross-functional teams and external partners around project goals, timelines, and outcomes. + Managing Strategic Projects You'll oversee complex projects from concept to execution, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with organizational priorities. + Coaching and Developing Others By mentoring stakeholders and team members, you'll build capability across the organization and foster a culture of learning and accountability. + Ensuring Compliance and Safety You'll ensure all processes meet safety and manufacturing standards, contributing to a safe work environment and regulatory compliance. + Standardizing Manufacturing Practices You'll lead the development and implementation of standardized work methods that improve consistency, reduce variability, and support scalable growth.

Requirements

  • College, university, or degree in STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering, Math) or related field, or equivalent experience required.
  • Intermediate level of relevant work experience required.
