About The Position

The position involves designing and improving manufacturing processes, equipment, and systems. The role requires supporting Floor-to-Floor (FTF) measurement and PPAP documentation, collaborating with designers to optimize product manufacturability, and conducting engineering inspections to recommend improvements. Additionally, the candidate will analyze data to identify process enhancements, manage small-scale projects within established frameworks, and coordinate subcontractors and suppliers under contract plans. The role also includes contributing to product development and maintaining internal client relationships while ensuring compliance with health, safety, and environmental standards. Supporting knowledge sharing and continuous learning initiatives is also a key aspect of this position.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or equivalent
• 5–6 years of experience in manufacturing or process engineering
• Strong skills in engineering design, development, and specification
• Experience in project scheduling, costing, and budgeting
• Ability to work independently and provide technical guidance
• Familiarity with lean principles and change management tools
• CNC, Machining process experience
