The Mueller Development Program (MDP) is designed to support early-career professionals through structured development opportunities, dedicated mentorship, and organized events. Over a two-year period, participants rotate through different roles and may relocate to various Mueller locations—gaining broad exposure that strengthens leadership capabilities, deepens technical expertise, and builds professional confidence. Rotations, lasting between 6 to 12 months, are determined based on functional area, business needs, and individual career aspirations. This structure allows participants to gain hands-on experience across multiple disciplines within the field across our various sites, including: Albertville, AL · Atlanta, GA · Brownsville, TX · Chattanooga, TN · Cleveland, TN · Cleveland, NC · Decatur, IL · Kimball, TN Relocation assistance is provided in accordance with company policy. The start date for this position will be June 2026. As an MDP participant, you will contribute to meaningful work from day one—collaborating with leaders to implement strategies, optimize processes, drive change, and build relationships across the organization. Upon successful completion of the program, you will be offered a full-time role within your field of work. Manufacturing Engineering Track Overview: Manufacturing Engineering – Operational Technology Mueller Development Program (MDP) offers immersive experience in advanced manufacturing engineering, emphasizing digital transformation and Industry 4.0 technologies. Participants will engage in process design, productivity optimization, factory floor digitalization, automation integration, and data-driven continuous improvement initiatives. This program provides cross-functional exposure and collaboration with manufacturing engineering, continuous improvement, quality, sustainability, supervision, supply chain, EH&S, and foundry operations teams. Participants will gain hands-on experience creating and analyzing manufacturing data, developing data analytics, building dashboards, and supporting visual factory operations. Projects focus on delivering real business value from day one, enhancing operational efficiency, supporting data-driven decision-making, and driving actionable insights from manufacturing systems. MDPs will also engage directly with foundry operations to understand production processes and apply data solutions to real-world manufacturing challenges.
