About The Position

This role will specialize in cable and wire harness manufacturing.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in engineering plus minimum of 6 years of cable and wire harness manufacturing support
• IPC certified a plus

Responsibilities

• Design, implement and streamline manufacturing processes, equipment, and procedures as it relates to cable and harness manufacturing
• Assist with continuous improvement 6-Sigma activities
• Assist in plant layout changes to improve flow and minimize waste
• Advanced knowledge of standard concepts, practices, and procedures within the mechanical engineering/design field
• Rely on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals
• Wide degree of creativity and latitude is expected
• May lead and direct the work of others
