About The Position
The Manufacturing Engineer (Leadership Development) is a high-potential engineering professional on a leadership development track within the BRECOflex organization. This role is designed for individuals with strong mechanical engineering backgrounds and demonstrated or emerging leadership capabilities. The ME will rotate through key areas of manufacturing, including process engineering, production supervision, quality control, and continuous improvement, with the express goal of developing into a future department or cell leader. This position is modeled after top-tier industrial leadership development programs and is tailored to prepare the incumbent to manage teams in a manufacturing environment. Strong emotional intelligence, adaptability, and a solution-oriented mindset are essential.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s in Mechanical Engineering (or related).
- 1–3 years in manufacturing/production (internships/co-ops considered).
- High emotional intelligence & team orientation.
Nice To Haves
- Lean management and ISO 9001 experience.
- Strong communication & leadership potential (campus, work, or military experience).
- Proven ability to influence, lead, and collaborate.
