About The Position

We are looking for Stamping Engineering Purchasing Ariba Lead Analyst. Who could help Stamping Engineering Department Purchasing Activities (Requisitions & Payments for: Feasibility, Design, Build, Automation, Checking Fixture, Die Supplier Work, Part Delivery, etc.). You'll have the satisfaction of making great products people use and love. In this position, you will be part of our Manufacturing team, helping to build the world-class, state-of-the-art smart vehicles we're known for. You'll be involved in developing new technologies and processes to further increase our efficiency.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree required or Master's preferred
• Minimum of 1+ years of experience in Aurora Ariba system
• Strong communication and people skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate with stakeholders at all levels
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with proficiency in using MS (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
• Excellent typing speed and highly organized
• Ability to thrive in a multi-task environment with the ability to prioritize
• Eager to go above and beyond to complete tasks
• Ability and desire to lead and train others

Nice To Haves

• Automotive Manufacturing and Launch knowledge preferred

Responsibilities

• Manage Aurora Ariba APN's, SSPN's, Emergency PN's, outsourced PN's, Launch Expense PN's, eTAA's, ICBA's Invoice Payment Receipts (Approval, Accuracy, Payment, Record Keeping, Supplier SPOC)
• Issue management with Finance Admin Expense PN's / Admin PO Matrix
• Conduct audits and maintain filing and record retention
• Update BOM and handle Livingston Intl, DHL inquiries/audits
• Lead SE Global Requisitioner Team Meeting
• Support SE Dept. Supervisors
• Maintain pin closure dates and communication in PFR2/Finance
• Process payments for Homeline Tryout & Supplier Quality
• Act as Gatekeeper - Aurora Ariba Analyst (Tracking Matrix, Communication and reports, Payment SPOC)
• Manage SE Purchasing/Ariba related business eTAA Supplier Quoting Platform
• Update and maintain SE Purchasing Mgmt Sharepoint site
• Track and update supplier timing in STAMPS for Stamping Engineering activities
• Organize weekly timing with China Tool Office and local tool suppliers for STAMPS updates
• Lead weekly Open Issues Meeting: STAMPS, timing tracking and updates
• Support Fwd Model Program Planning Manager activities
