About The Position

Sloan is thrilled to launch our 2026 Internship Program, offering hands-on experience and insight into our company mission and core values. Join us to gain real-world skills and explore what makes our industry unique! The Manufacturing Intern will work at our Franklin Park facility. In this role you will work directly on the shop floor to support manufacturing operations and equipment readiness.

Requirements

• Current enrollment in a four year degree program in Manufacturing or Industrial Engineering
• Experience with Word and Excel
• Ability to work five days per week in our Franklin Park factility

Nice To Haves

• Experience with CAD software is a plus

Responsibilities

• Participating in hands-on process improvement and efficiency projects across production areas
• Developing and improving work instructions, visual aids, and safety-related documentation
