About The Position

Manufacturing Engineer is responsible for designing and implementing innovative
solutions to deliver products and/or systems to meet strategic goals for the
company. The position will be responsible for managing project(s) to support
business objectives within the organization. The role lead projects, work within
a team of engineers and cross functionally collaborate with other departments to
serve customer needs

Nice To Haves

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering preferred
• Minimum of 4-5 years of experience in manufacturing engineering or a commensurate level of experience with related products.

Responsibilities

• Interact with internal/external customers to understand the specifications for projects
• Have in depth knowledge of one or more product lines in each value streams
• Lead engineering projects involving design of new and existing products and processes
• Utilize 3D printing and other prototyping methods to develop concepts
• Assist internal departments or project teams in support of strategic goals and customer requests
• Continuously identify ways to improve processes and problem solve in a disciplined way
