Have end-to-end hardware manufacturing ownership of Terran R turbopumps in a fast-paced, and sometimes ambiguous development environment. Provide active on the floor support for 2nd shift technicians by removing blockers and ensuring turbopump builds maintain schedule. Investigate and resolve hardware non-conformances and drive implementation of corrective actions. Design tooling and fixtures for assembly and component test of turbomachinery hardware. Collaborate with design engineers, test engineers, technicians, and internal machine shop for hardware development, manufacturing, test, and scalability for high volume production. Work closely with technicians to improve the build flow and frequently trouble shoot discrepancies in the build process.
