About The Position

As a Level I Engineer at Volvo, your main responsibilities will be to implement and improve manufacturing process using Lean principles. Your main focus area will be on our Engine assembly line. The work you perform will be collaborative with both Production personnel and Engineering. We use agile as a part of our way of working in Engineering. You will work with an Agile team with a concentrated focus on safety, ergonomics, quality, and delivery. You will be the process lead with respect to the operator interface with automated guidance vehicles, torque tools, and our systems.
