Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in mechanical , Industrial, or Manufacturing Engineering (or related field)
3+ years of manufacturing or process engineering experience
Working knowledge of Lean, Six Sigma, TPM, and change management
CAD proficiency for fixture and tooling design
Familiarity with ERP systems
Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and communication skills
Technical Knowledge Cleanroom manufacturing and contamination control
Quality Management Systems (QMS)
Training matrices and competency systems
Lean manufacturing and continuous improvement
Root‑cause analysis and TPM methodologies
Fixture and tooling design fundamentals

Responsibilities

Own and improve cleanroom manufacturing processes
Design and implement robust standard work and training
Develop fixtures and tooling that enhance quality, efficiency, safety, and ergonomics
Lead change management for new processes and equipment
Improve equipment uptime and reliability through TPM programs
Drive continuous improvement using Lean and data‑driven methods
Balance daily production support with longer‑term improvement initiatives
