Requirements

  • Strong interest in casting processes
  • Effective communication and problem solving skills
  • Demonstrated ability to work in a team environment and have a collaborative mindset
  • Experience with process development and deployment in a production environment
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Industrial, Mechanical, or Manufacturing) or other related technical discipline.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience working with robotics including programming and troubleshooting
  • Experience in the use and application of Root Cause Analysis
  • Experience with data and analytics and tools such as PowerBI, Tableau, SQL, Python, etc.

Responsibilities

  • Lead improvements to support our Foundry strategic initiatives, drive continuous improvements in delivery, uptime, cost, and efficiency
  • Lead investigations and corrective actions and leverage innovative ideas to improve manufacturing issues
  • Participate in cross-functional discussions to integrate Foundry process improvements into production
