About The Position
The Manufacturing Engineer will be responsible for the day-to-day operation of a manufacturing process at Ditch Witch in Perry, Oklahoma. This role involves working closely with operations to achieve safety, quality, and production objectives, while also coordinating preventative maintenance programs and emergency repairs to ensure a minimum of 99% up-time. The engineer will control operating budgets, maintain appropriate inventories, and complete training for personnel on equipment and safe handling of materials. Additionally, the role includes monitoring operating parameters, troubleshooting processes, and maintaining accurate inventory sheets as per the Right-To-Know act. The engineer will also be responsible for developing and maintaining all production tooling and process SOPs.
